Laura Artus
Senior Vice President, Risk Management
Laura Artus became Senior Vice President of Risk Management in March 2005.
Ms. Artus plans and directs all aspects of the Company's due diligence and environmental matters.
As a member of Management Committee, she provides advice and guidance on a wide range of due
diligence matters during the acquisition, disposition and development processes of the Company
and its Joint Venture portfolios. Ms. Artus has been with the Company since January 1994,
joining as an Executive Assistant, and served in roles as Acquisitions Coordinator,
Acquisitions Manager and Vice President of Due Diligence before taking the role of
Senior Vice President of Risk Management. Prior to joining CenterPoint, Ms. Artus worked for
Sedgwick James, Inc., an insurance brokerage firm in Chicago.
Ms. Artus is a member of The Risk and Insurance Management Society (RIMS).
